Samsung Care “Life Happens”
Samsung came to us to create online videos to launch their new insurance plan globally. With one big caveat: don’t show any broken phones. And then the fact that it was a global campaign presented it’s own unique challenges. We needed to focus on moments that were culturally relevant yet relatable yet realistic yet interesting. We landed on videos that highlight that gut-wrenching and all-too-familiar moment when our phone escapes our grasp. Because anyone can relate to that no matter where they’re from.
